Smart Leads is an end-to-end online lead management solution that marries best practices with technology to automate your agent’s activities and exponentially improve their lead conversion.  Brokers have full control to customize their company’s Smart Leads program so the right agents get the right leads at the right time.

Agent Training

Training for agents receiving Distributed Leads
  • Online agent training and quiz – Online Lead Management (this is the self-directed training, same information as the PowerPoint above) – Click Here
Note that both the quiz and the online training are in Google Forms. See the instructions below regarding how to use Google Forms. 
  • Access the training – Sign into a Google Drive account
  • Make a copy of the quiz in your Google Drive account – Click the link and select Make a copy
  • Send out the training or quiz – Click on SEND on the top right. You will see the window above, type in the email address of the expected recipients. Or click on the link icon to obtain a link you can copy and pasted into an email to send to the agents.
  • View responses – From the main questions page, you will see a second option for RESPONSES, this will allow you to see individual responses and the scores for the participants.  Remember that a score of 12 out of 15 is required for 80%
  • Find your quiz in your Google Drive  – By default, your Google Form quiz will be in the main folder of your Google Drive.  You can move it by clicking on the folder icon beside the title
